This item came very fast. It was packaged very well in protective packaging appropriate for the electronics within. The install could not have been easier. I had to update the drivers on my computer and do a quick restart for the product to recognize the second monitor. This took very little effort on my part and was easy, despite my computer illiteracy. I will definitely look to the seller for future electronic hardware needs.
