Item arrived in less than great condition. There are bends and krinkles on placemat and laminate is not heavy duty. I notified Seller and they said send it back for refund. After paying 14.99 plus tax & shipping for total of $25.75 for a placemat. I will not be paying for return. I'll eat the cost and share my experience. Seller should have discounted and offered partial refund!
