It took 4 days and 2 messages before this item was shipped. It wasn't shipped until I requested a refund. Arrived over a week late I was disappointed by their lack of professionalism and communication. I had to spend extra money to keep my injury clean and dressed until this order arrived. I try to be positive in feedback but the only positive thing was that when I eventually got the item it was as described.
