I ordered the wrong size, and the seller initially sent a very positive e-mail - "no need to worry - we will sort this out". After one week I sent an email asking if he had sent anything that I might have missed - no reply. It is now nearly three weeks and still no message. The product sent looks to be of acceptable quality, however the communications has let this sale down. Had he said "sorry - your mistake", I might have moaned but would have accepted that it was my mistake.
