First they shipped the wrong item. Then they shipped the right one, but it was not as described, and not compatible with the claimed CPUS. I cannot recommend this seller after two fails in a row.

As you can see, we have sold 107 units without issue. We've asked you send a photo of your slot 1 cpu as the issue might be the model of your cpu and not the fan or you are not installing the item correctly.
