I bought an Uber light. It completely stopped working after 30 days. I contacted the seller as well as contacting eBay. The seller did not respond. eBay said it was out of their hands. I am out 60 something dollars and left with garbage. Do not buy from this seller they will not communicate with you. They’re not here to help you. They’re just here to take your money. I submitted a return request without a response. That’s lack of communication. eBay policy abuse? I even didn’t get a dollar back.

Buyer reports this transaction as a scam to Ebay without communicating the issue with me, initiates an incorrect reason for their return, stating "the item doesn't work, this is SCAM". They did not attempt to resolve the issue with us, and directly reported us as SCAM. I wish they had reached out to us to report a problem instead of reporting as a SCAM, we would help them!
