You didn't buy parts for an LTP5500D. You bought parts that fit the retrofit torch (a completely different torch) with different consumables. Yet at no time did you reach out to us to ask why they didn't fit your original torch. You didn't ask to return them. You just left negative feedback and blamed us for something you did. A simple call and we could have swapped out the parts for the ones you needed.
