Item was not even in stock in Toronto, it took about 2 weeks for her to tell me it is not in stock and that she would order it from overseas. This was a time sensitive gift and I totally wasted my time working with her. The order was cancelled and I was refunded but I did not have time anymore to purchase a new one before the birthday. If only the seller checked her inbox more often then we would have avoided this. There is no excuse for not checking your inbox when you are running a business.
