    Sie haben die Ware nachweislich erhalten. Ebay ist informiert. Käufer war schon VOR dem Kauf mit der Lieferzeit und Lieferkosten nicht einverstanden. Trotzdem wurde die Puppe gekauft und als angeblich nicht angekommen gemeldet.
