Item posted as new with tags, however it had clearly been worn before, as evidenced by the safety pins used to resize the dress. There was also a paperclip used to reduce the area around the armpit that was really stuck in there and snagged the thread when taking off. Disappointed with the condition, as I only purchased this one over another because it was "new". Giving 3 stars because the dress is stunning in person, aside from all the holes.
