    Wish there was something we could do about this buyers dissatisfaction...unfortunately, if the carrier has documented that the package was delivered there isn't much we can do about the issue from our end. If for example, the package was stolen from the buyers porch, that is out of our control. Insurance may or may not cover this issue. As a seller, we have no control as to whether or not carrier covers. It is also unfortunate that as a seller of coins & currency we are scam targets
