Item not as described. Seller had to be chased to reply to my message after 6 days not responding. They admitted sending a different item. Now for a 2nd time, it's been 6 days without a response to my follow-up message. The problem is still not resolved - nearly 2-weeks after receiving the item - because the supplier does not respond to messages in a reasonable timeframe.
