As advertised, mostly a perfect transaction with best intentions by SELLER. Item purchased was a postcard on 4/29; mailed in Atlanta GA on 5/2 and USPS finally delivered to suburban Philadelphia PA on 5/30 - 4 weeks and it was mailed first class. Blame rests with USPS; seller should not be penalized for delay.
