    Absolute rubbish, cheap plastic not metal, deceptive advertising, poorly packaged, very poor communication, I tried to cancel well before they dispatched the item however this was rejected. They were very slow to post the item. Item was poorly packaged. This seller is unreasonable and unresponsive. Quality is very bad I am honestly just throwing this product in the bin, I am sure trying to return it will just cost me more money that I simply won't recover. I am a very unhappy customer.

    I ordered this on 4th November. Latest ETA was 17th November. Still hasnt arrived, or even left their 'warehouse'. Zero response to multiple communications. Bad company, bad customer service, outright scam on delivery time. Unfortunately for them that this customer works at the ombudsman.

As you know, the item sent date is only when the seller creates a label. Item didn't actually get into posts hands until 25/08!
