I ordered the item at the beginning of October. I messaged them after a week to ask for a tracking number as it still didn't say it was despatched, I got no reply. After a month, I messaged to say I still hadn't received it. They actually replied to ask if I wanted a refund or another sending. I asked them to send another. They said they would include a free dash cam. I received the stereo, along with an empty dash cam box. Now they won't reply to any messages at all.
