Acquistato un manuale Ford, mi arriva invece un manuale BMW. Contatto il venditore diverse volte, la prima volta ricevo una risposta automatica, dal secondo contatto in poi non ricevo più notizie. Ho contattato eBay per avere il risarcimento ma devo aspettare i tempi tecnici(diversi giorni) perché la spedizione risulta ancora in corso, quando invece l'annuncio descrive chiaramente che verrà inviato un file in PDF.
