Fit my old cordless rachet after I modified the handle to provide room - the original batteries had a longer connector between cells permitting a screw to go thru the stack (between batteries) to hold the two halves of the handle together. These 3 cells only have a short strap between so I had to leave out the middle screw since it would have intruded on space needed for the stack. So an assembly hassle, but now works.
