The CAS3 module is now bricked. I sent my CAS3 module in, and they repaired it and shipped it back the same day they received it. During the process, I asked a lot of questions, and they patiently answered every one of them. The module looks untouched — no marks or scratches — and the whole experience was incredibly fast and professional.
