Brilliant! I added these to an engine that had only four magnets, and upgraded the rest of the puny 3A system to a 15A system. Works perfectly!
I used a telescopic pocket magnet to map out the existing N-S-N-S strategy to insure I got the installed polarity correct.
I also sandblasted the flywheel surfaces clean, as well as the mating surface of the new magnets so that the JB Weld would have a good surface to bite. Flawless!
