I ordered a rig (c3850-24port), initially impressed by the packaging. The unit was like NEW. Installed the PS and fans and cabled it up. During power up, it froze during initial setup, restarted the unit and got Exceptions. I called D over at Lonestar, informed him, he walked me through the process and got a new one RMA'd. New rig is tested and in use, and its a beauty, 24 port POE and 10GB ports. These guys at Lonestar know how to take care of THEIR customers. I will buy from them again!! ~V
