Je ne comprend pas pourquoi vous n’utilisez pas des tubes pour l’envoi de vos affiches. À cause de ces cartons pliables, l’affiche a été bourrée dans la boîte au lettre par le livreur (j’étais à mon domicile) ce qui l’a trouée au centre. Je pense que l’affiche était en bon état avant la livraison, et au vu du prix de la livraison (sans suivi) vous pourriez au moins mettre un tube rigide pour l’envoi des affiches (comme chaque envoie d’affiche que je reçois d’autre vendeur depuis 2004).

Je suis bien désolé de constater que des postiers indélicats continuent de "bourrer" les boîtes aux lettre! Les affiches sont pliées d'origine et ne nécessitent donc pas normalement l'envoi à l'aide de tubes (surcoût pour l'envoi désormais). Je protège toujours au mieux avec plusieurs couches de carton empêcher ce genre de désagrément...Je viens, en guise de geste commercial, de vous rembourser une partie de l'affiche. A noter que j'avais bien mis le numéro de suivi sur votre fiche de vente.
