Product arrived on time and in excellent condition. I opted not to keep because the material was irritating to my neck. However, I also opted not to send back, due to return shipping costing more than half the item's cost. Not worth my time just to get a less than $5 refund. I will just gift it to another Cowboys fan. Would definitely buy other items from this seller though. The material bothering me is not their fault and I don't hold that against them. All other aspects were perect.
