I placed my order on 16 March. The item was £6.99 with FREE p&p but seller had also stated `offers` I offered £4.99 - seller accepted but then added £2.00 for p&p (so still £6.99 in total) After a delay the seller CREDITED me the £6.99 but still claimed the item had been posted. The item finally arrived this morning 2nd April (2 weeks, 2 days later) . The reason for the delay became apparent. The seller had used an OUT OF DATE 2nd class POSTAGE STAMP - FEE £2.50
