    Complete runaround, broken item. First told a refund would be issued, then was told I had to make return so they could get credit from manufacturer. Hard to believe manufacturer would issue credit for an item broken during shipping to a third party. QR code did not work, & it took me 2 hours to get it shipped while in town. Really tired of vindictive sellers here, hiding behind feedback numbers game.

    THE CUSTOMER CLEARLY WANTED TO KEEP PRODUCT AND GET REFUND AND THREATENED. CLEAR EXTORTION. WE PAID FOR RETURN AND FULLY REFUNDED. NOTICE THEY SAID THEY ARE TIRED OF SELLERS. THEY HAVE DONE THIS BEFORE.
