Complete runaround, broken item. First told a refund would be issued, then was told I had to make return so they could get credit from manufacturer. Hard to believe manufacturer would issue credit for an item broken during shipping to a third party. QR code did not work, & it took me 2 hours to get it shipped while in town. Really tired of vindictive sellers here, hiding behind feedback numbers game.

I got scammed. Seller a dishonest person. It showed a picture of a small jade tree in a pot. I received a branch from a large tree. All the leaves on one side without a planter. And it can’t be planted anyways. I feel scammed and angry. You will see the bait and switch. I don’t know if I’ll shop eBay again. My credit card is already working on a refund. I will not return the branch unless I’m given gas money and the cost of shipping.
