After a while - Then I received a tracking number - This tracking number was recognised? I the seller told me the item had been sent but i never received any goods? Seller was NOT helpful and had No Empathy regards to my Order!!! the seller told me he had sent a tracking number and that the item had been left in a safe place??? I let the seller know, I do NOT have a Safe place!!!!!!!!

I was a bit disappointed though as I was expecting something worn and with character, "rustic" as the description says, like in pic 1 attached but what arrived was a brand new length of wood with no wear marks at all. It exactly the colour I wanted but just lacking in that character I wanted.
