Item arrived very well packaged, a local area post office failed to send a delivery notification as it was relocated there after failed home drop off left no advice or any collection note, only found item when someone at the local post telephoned me about it. The Item Tracking was fine in Japan, but once crossed over to the Australia Post system the tracking information just stopped. Seller did the right thing, failure was at this end. Item received in pristine condition, so all ends well.
