You paid for the item on the 23rd April and it was shipped on the 24th. Unfortunately there are postal delays in some areas at the moment. When you messaged asking where the item was I responded and asked for you details so I could look into it for you. As I did not respond to your persistent messages within 3 hours you chose to open a case, through which you will be refunded in full, and there is a chance the item could still arrive. I feel there is not much more I could have done here.
