Oh dear ...havign dug out a couple of Minolta analogue camera bodies that had been in retirement for a number of years, was looking for a 28 - 200mm lens that would fit (and work) with the bodies, viz a 9xi and a Minolta 9....I did query this with th seller prior to purchase but received no adverse response....the sake went through but as and when the item arrived it was blatantly obvious that this "gorgeous lens' was for an even older system than I have.. in short the lens has been sent back.
