    As expected, the condition of the cable is perfect as it is new. The communication with the seller is also perfect and very helpful. Unfortunately, the cable arrived a little late as it was sent to the post office one day too late and had to travel a very long way and take a 500km postal detour. I would have been pleased if it had been sent as express in such a case as I now had 3 days of unnecessary loss of earnings due to the delay. All in all, a great seller and I would like to thank you

    Financial loss. I have waited for “new” item to be shipped faster with different shipper after the first one was “lost”, told the seller to package the item thick and carefully so it does not get damaged. Took almost a month from Netherlands to recieve damaged item. I have shipped the item back to seller and paid 8.50€ for shipping, seller did not refund me, even after I provided tracking number, neither returned 8.50€ for return shipping of damaged goods. Very disappointed and bad experience.

    You're just telling lies. We already did too much to help you out, send you even a new cover and all we got were bad words and treaths, no kindness, no words of appreciation. Very unpleasant person to deal with. You returned the item, but all we got was an empty damaged box and now you assume we did this on purpose. The item will be refunded as soon as we get the results of the postal investigation.
