I purchased a 700c fork, but I was sent a 27-inch fork. my brake pads would not even reach the rim. when I wanted my money back, I was told I had to pay return shipping to China. The front fork has a detailed size introduction. It is suitable for 700c tires. Your brakes do not fit. You can replace it with a compatible brake. Regarding returns. You can choose a US return address when applying for a return. Or contact me before applying for a return. You should not complain about the expensive shipping costs just because you choose to return goods to China.
