I exchanged several emails with Rai while I debated using his service to put LineageOS on my phone or buying a pre-loaded used one from him, and throughout he provided detailed and transparent answers to all my questions. In the end, I bought a pre-loaded model. It arrived promptly, and apart from a very minor cosmetic scratch on the screen, it was in mint condition. LineageOS is intuitive to use and easy to set up. I have all the apps I had on my old phone, so don't miss it at all.
