I MESSAGED SELLER TO SEE IF THEY COULD DISCOUNT A LITTLE OFF FOR THE 2. NO REPLY SO I DID BUY THEM. AFTER SO MANY DAYS THEY HADN’T ARRIVED SO I REQUESTED TO CANCEL ORDER. THE SELLER THEN GOT IN TOUCH AND OFFERED 10% OFF TO KEEP ORDER. I DECIDED TO KEEP ORDER AS LONG AS THEY WERE POSTED OUT ASAP AS I WANTED THEM URGENTLY. THEY DID ARRIVE WITHIN THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS BUT SADLY NO SIGN OF THE 10% REFUND AND NO COMMUNICATION.

SELLER’S COMMUNICATION IS SHOCKING FOR A BUSINESS AND COULD DO WITH IMPROVING AS THIS COULD LEAD TO NEUTRAL OR EVEN NEGATIVE FEEDBACK AND NO ONE WANTS THAT!!!
