The item arrived broken. I believe the seller did check it before it was shipped and the console worked, but it arrived broken. Seller ignored requests for refund so I went through official channels on eBay to get a refund, which was successful. My eight-year old son saved up his money for this and we waited a long time for a refund as we waited for convos to be answered, a refund request to be processed, and for the item to arrive and a refund to be issued.
