    Hi, you DID get a response, but you chose to leave negative feedback when a solution was offered due to Royal Mail failing to deliver your item on time. You are blocked from my shop.

    I have no trace of any response, except a number of days after feedback was left. Solution offered was to send me a replacement only IF I removed this feedback. Also received quite upsetting messages from seller. Item still has not been received, although I have received a card from Royal Mail asking me to pay £3.50 for a parcel with insufficient postage! Absolutely no problem with you blocking me from buying from you in future.
