Purchased for the purpose of releasing the alternator belt tensioner pulley on my Volvo V50 where there is very limited space to get a socket and ratchet in. Also (on my vehicle) the bolt head was below the face of the pulley so was unable to get a good hold on the bolt with a regular spanner. These spanners made the job effortless due to the offset on the heads combined with the extra reach offered. Pulley was easily reachable from above or below the engine bay. Worth the money for that alone!!
