This seller, for what ever reason, declined my purchase. He cancelled my order and refunded me on the terms of running out of stock . Then he relisted the item. You tell me why he did that but I do not know. I tried to negotiate price but he immediately got angry for reasons unknown to me. Stay away, very bad seller, from my experience, anyway.

You know exactly why i assumed you were a scam. Nobody purchases and pays full price and then tries to negotiate the price afterward and expect a partial refund to be sent back to you so you can pay a lower price. Funny how you left out that part. First time in 23 years i have had someone do that to me on here. So smells of scam and anyone who reads this will think it sounds fishy too.
