Sorry you felt this wasn't a positive experience. You went away on holiday before the item was considered lost by Royal Mail/ebay estimates and I was only informed it was lost when you got home and refunded you straight away! As there was no tracking I had to wait for your confirmation before refunding as it could have been delivered whilst you were away. I feel this was fair and reasonable.
