The shorts did not fit. I contacted seller the same day I got them, and asked to return them, and get a size 32. I was refused a return without being given reason.

It was clearly stated that there was a Final sale no return policy and an offer of a lower price was accepted. Thats why it was only a couple of bucks and Ebay closed the case in my favor. If they were damaged or anything was wrong with them, absolutely would have taken them back, but why should we as sellers pay twice for shipping if someone doesn't know their size? Its not fair. Sold over 3000 items and this was my very first negative feedback. That should say something about my items.
