The book was new, as promised, and arrived in excellent condition. It was packaged in a sturdy cardboard wrap that kept it from bending or being damaged. However, if it had been raining, I wonder if the cardboard would have gotten soggy and might not have protected the book? The mailman put it on the front step, which has no roof or protection from the weather, because the package was too big for our mailbox.
