    The sticker got damaged in the delivery process, which is out of my hands. I send a photo of me mailing the envelope to the customer and it was flat and attached to a stiff piece of cardboard when it left my hands, I even write Please do not fold on it. When the envelope arrived it had been folded multiple times. It almost looked like someone had gone out of their way to fold the envelope and damage it. I gave the buyer a full refund yet he can leave negative feedback? Ruining my 100% positive.
