The sellers communication instead of just sending the tracking number was like nothing I’ve ever experienced before. All because they didn’t want to admit they hadn’t sent it on the monday like they should have. Trying to tell me I don’t know postage times when I kept asking for the tracking number and when I gave up and said don’t send it and don’t message me back unless you are they kept harassing me without providing it. Thankfully my item arrived on time which was all I wanted to know.

Item sent/arrived on time. Buyer angry item didn't arrive overnight & demanded immediate refund if I couldn't guarantee it would be delivered followin day. I explained postcode is not in AustPost express network, so she couldn't have expected overnight delivery & AustPost don't guarantee a date in her area. She asked tracking after hours, I was at event with no access, so assured that I'd send as soon as I get home. She sent abuse and personal insults all night for me not having it immediately.
