The unit came not able to plug in a JBC 245 soldering pen although it was advertised as being for the C245 pen. Shipping took everyday of the "estimated" time. I guess if shipping has been free I wouldn't have been complaining but for something so small and light that I paid shipping for I did expect to have to wait the full estimated time. After heavy modification I was able to get the unit to work. The unit came with no instructions on how to program it or what to do to change it. 5 out of 10.
