Shipping was fast and hassle free. Seller originally sent a discounted offer prior to purchasing the item. When the item was purchased, the discount was still available but was not applied to the purchase. I had to message the seller twice with threat of negative feedback for seller to make good on the discounted offer. Seller finally did refund the difference, but never contacted me to explain what happened or why the discount was not applied from the beginning, simply got the refund.
