Very misleading labeling/tagging of items. Don't trust item names shown or pictures provided, as they are not accurate to the names shown on actual boxes of the items, and will appear as other items very similar to it.

I shipped exactly earphone as I described in the listing. Buyer wants to buy a different earphone and wants me to ship a different earphone to him. He decided to claim my description misleading, I sent him 10+ listings with exact same description as mine. Rather than admit he made a mistake, he said all these 10+ listings need to changed their descriptions and left me with a negative feedback.
