I purchased four ceramic expresso cups and were sent without any padding on the cups. They arrived in a very dirty box chipped and cracked. They were literally floating around in the box. Also floating around in the box were mouse droppings. I messaged the seller multiple times and sent photos with no response. I would NOT RECOMMEND buying from this seller! Total waste of my money and time. :/
