Fantastic chair.
We bought it for my mum who had just had hip surgery, she loves it. Especially the massage option as when her leg is aching she can put on the massagers.
The only negative was with delivery, DPD rearranged it three times as the courier claimed it was too heavy to deliver on his own. In the end myself & my son had to take the delivery from the van & get it into my mums house using our own sack barrel.
But the chair itself is perfect.
