Items are dispatched within 1 working day. Please contact me in the first instance via message if there are any issues with your order. Opening a case can cause problems fixing issues quickly. If anything is damaged in the post, please send a picture of the package damage and contents damage for a replacement to be sent and I will report damage to the post office. For delayed or lost items, Royal Mail has a 10 working day rule for UK and 25 working day rule for international delivery in addition to service delivery time before an item can be registered as lost. I refund or resend lost items and make a claim from Royal Mail for the lost item. Royal Mail may contact you to follow up any lost item claim. Whilst most items are not sent tracked due to the excessive cost, all items are posted with a 2D barcode which is scanned on delivery by the postman. Most items arrive within 1 or 2 days due to the machine reading and 2D barcode with the address. International delivery can be erratic so please expect longer delivery times. Some countries are introducing packaging and customs policies that are impractical and so return items.
 
Any item refused by a customs check and returned will be refunded. Tax is pre-paid by eBay so no additional taxes should be applied. Due to 'aggressive' customs controls, some orders may simply be cancelled to some EU countries, for example France and Germany due to packaging regulations. The rest of the world does not seem to have this issue.
