All bids on eBay are binding, whether you win the auction or not. If for any reason you cannot or will not complete the transaction upon winning the auction, please do not bid.
All items returned to us as a change of mind/unwanted item must be shipped back to us at the customer's expense. We are not a buy and try store - all items must be returned new and factory sealed. Shipping charges are non-refundable on these items. A restocking fee will be assessed for these returns at a rate of 10% of the purchase price.
 
If your goods arrive faulty, damaged or incomplete, please email us within 7 working days by clicking 'Contact Seller' so we can resolve this. Please ensure that when you return goods you include the following information: Name, eBay User ID, Our Order ID or Invoice Date of Purchase, Reason for Return. If you simply do not want your item anymore, then you can return the item to us in original packaging and unused at your postal expense, for a refund less the postage it cost us to send to you. We may charge you a restocking fee for this privilege though.
 
 
 
What Happens If I have a Problem?
 
If you have a faulty or damaged item or for any reason receive what appears to be incorrect goods please contact by email and explain your problem. We will respond within 3 full working days.
 
Provided the product is within its warranty period, we will arrange, at our expense, the return of the product to us. Within 14 Days of delivery your item will be exchanged. After 14 days and within its warranty period your item will be repaired or replaced and returned to you free of charge. In some cases the warranty offered is a manufacturer warranty. In these cases after 14 days from delivery you may be asked to refer directly to the manufacturer for warranty support.
 
Please do not return goods until you have heard back from us and have an Authorised Returns Reference Number.
 
Please note that items not found to be Faulty will be returned following testing.
 
Can I Change My mind?
 
Yes, if you need to return goods for any other reason, you must do so within 7 days of receipt of the order. Email us for a Returns Number and we will send you an authorised Returns Number. Refunds can only be made if the item is returned in the condition it was received including all documentation and original unopened packaging. Your return package must contain the Returns Number. Postage is your responsibility.
