Purchased DEF fluid which I needed urgently. It took them 4 business days to tell me they had none left or stock was damaged (which was it?). It will take a further 4 to 5 days to get a refund. Yet they are still advertising this item on eBay, with discounts for multiple purchases! Very annoyed and let down. I will not use them again.

Hi, Sorry for the issue this has caused. The AdBlue went onto back order at JLR and they never notified us. As soon as this was realised we cancelled your order to avoid further delay. Since then JLR have delivered more to us, so we now have it in stock which is why the listings are still available to order.
